Work With Us

HERE IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF OUR WORK AS A PROMOTIONAL VIDEO PRODUCTION COMPANY

Constant Keys Group is a Florida-based real estate company. Their clients are mostly home buyers and sellers.

The minute-long video we produced for them features their top agents. The goal was to make viewers feel an immediate sense of warmth and affinity with the team. We wanted to highlight their customer-centric brand of service.

We achieved this by focusing on each member of the team and their interactions with clients and with one another. They are a tight-knit team, and we wanted viewers to feel that sense of family connection.

THE IMPORTANCE OF PROMO VIDEOS FOR REAL ESTATE MARKETING

Video content is a must-have if you want to compete in the digital marketplace. If, as the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words, imagine what a video is worth.

For real estate agencies like the Constant Keys Group, it is a game-changer. Some figures even note that real estate listings with video marketing get over 400% more inquiries than listings without video.

Here are some tips when planning a promotional video.

  • Focus on the ‘human’ aspect of the video. Even if you’re trying to sell a house, you must focus on the emotional aspect of it. People relate to stories. Beautiful houses are compelling but it’s the emotional connection that will build customer relationships. For our project with the Constant Keys Group, the house was just a backdrop for the true stars of the video—the team. And even for a real estate listing video, you don’t want to just show the highlights of the house. You want to give viewers a feel of the lifestyle they can expect if they buy it. You want it to be aspirational.
  • Keep it short. Brevity is key. With so much content online, viewers have shorter attention spans. Save the details for your website. Make sure there is call-to-action at the end, so viewers know where to go if they want to learn more.
